We’re proud to announce that from next summer we’ll start production of an innovative pea protein concentrate with higher protein content and reduced bitter taste. With 55% protein content, cleaner flavour profile and low microbial levels this new product will allow manufacturers to produce a wider range of Clean Label allergen free products using pea protein concentrate as a protein source. This patented technology is the result of our partnership with ETIA (VOW ASA Group) and SAS Improve and their R&D on the subject during the last 4 years.
