The Shumen Industrial Park
We have acquired 16000 m2 of land in the Shumen Industrial Park. The Industrial Park is a joint-venture between a private entity and the Municipality of Shumen. The Park’s infrastructure is outstanding in terms of roads, communications and utilities. The public-private joint-venture is providing a wide range of services to clients with the purpose of eliminating all possible obstacles and shortening the entry period from the administrative and legal aspect.
The construction has started on April 25th 2022
The site of the plant includes 3 silos for storing the raw material, a production building, a storage building for the final products and an office building for the administration, laboratory and control room.
The start of production is planned for the spring of 2023
The construction is proceeding as planned. The major works related to the silos and the buildings have been completed. Most of the equipment of the processing line has been delivered on site. The final phase of piping, cabling, automation and commissioning will be completed in the coming weeks.
